The Site describes Cervantes search and advisory services, publishes anonymized openings and insights, and receives client briefs and candidate applications. Nothing on the Site is an offer, or a guarantee of any role, timeline or outcome.

Briefs, contact messages and applications are used only for the related engagement. You confirm that the information is accurate, lawful, and that you are entitled to submit it. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Copy, marks, layout and photography on the Site belong to Cervantes or the respective rights holders. Reproduction, scraping or commercial reuse requires prior written consent.

Public listings and case studies hide client names by default. You may not use the Site to identify, contact or interfere with our clients or candidates.

To the extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is”. Cervantes is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Search services are governed by a separate written mandate.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent people’s court at the operator’s domicile.
