Most critical roles take 60–90 days; urgent mandates 30–60 days. A first shortlist is typically presented 1–3 weeks after contracting.
Placements include a 3-month guarantee. If the hire leaves for reasons attributable to them, we search a replacement at no additional professional fee. The signed mandate governs.
No. Public job listings and case studies hide client names by default. We do not disclose principals or candidate materials without written permission.
Submit a search brief or contact an advisor directly. Urgent weekday mandates receive a response within 2 hours. We align on role, context and timeline before contracting.
If no qualified shortlist is delivered, prepaid fees are refundable in full under the mandate. Credentials are verified before presentation; background checks precede onboarding.
Apply on a role under Careers with a PDF/DOCX résumé (max 5MB). Materials are used only for that application. An advisor follows up; personal data is not shown publicly.
No. Matching uses public job data and the preferences you enter; résumés are not persisted. Formal applications go through the job apply flow.
